“Dubai Electricity and Water” gets a global standard certificate in the experience of digital customers

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority obtained a global standard certificate in the IDCXS: 2022 from the British Standards Institute (BSI), where the authority achieved the classification of “global distinguished digital services” by 100% according to the requirements of the standard.

The authority is the first institution in the world to adopt and apply the standards of this global standard, which reflects its leadership in providing an exceptional digital experience for customers.
