Former players and administrators in Al -Nasr Club said that some of the problems and mistakes in which Al -Nasr occurred during the past seasons were repeated this season, and contributed to the decline in the team’s results and its departure from the coronation platforms in all the local championships in which he participated, noting that among these errors, the level of foreign players and residents, along with administrative problems.
They monitored some suggestions capable of returning victory to the right path, the most important of which is the solidarity of the former players and fans of the “dean” behind the team, and the use of good administrative capabilities and cadres, in addition to the real victory fans behind the team.
The football team at Al -Nasr Club succeeded in reaching the third place in the table, at the end of the first round of the ADNOC Professional League, as well as winning the UAE Super Cup, but then the crises began with the departure of Moroccan player Adel Taratab, and entering into a bad period of the results, where the team did not achieve any victory in the league championship for about three months, which caused the announcement of the resignation of the Board of Directors of Al -Nasr Football Company, then the announcement of the Dutch coach Alfred Schroeder his departure at the end of the current season.
Al -Nasr is currently ranked sixth in the league table with 33 points, after 22 rounds, and the team bid farewell to the Presidential Cup championship from the round of 16, and he also bid farewell to the Professional League Cup (Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup) from the quarter -finals, and the Gulf Champions League from the semi -finals.

He added: «Victory also needs foreign and resident players (Super Star), in order to lead the team in various championships and not only the league, and the distinguished players in the football academy must be relied upon, especially as it includes talents in the national teams, and they must be used in the first team, and choose the appropriate time to pay them.
Abdel -Rahman Mohamed continued: “The technical gaps in the first team must be bridged with distinguished citizens, who will have an addition in the formation, and not only contracting with players just to contract, without having sufficient experience in the league championship.”
The former leader of Al -Nasr concluded his speech, stressing that Al -Nasr needs the “fans of victory”, who loves the team, and not the audience of the results, which exists only when the team is at a good level.

The former director of Al -Nasr team, Khaled Obaid, confirmed that Al -Nasr was exposed to a real problem that appeared significantly after the departure of the Moroccan player Adel Taratab, and this was followed by the resignation of the board of directors, and the coach announced his departure after the end of the season, indicating that these matters confirm that there was no consensus in the beginning on the goals and a clear vision.
He said: «Small details stood during the current season in front of the team to achieve its goals, and the new board of directors will have many tasks to correct the situation so that the scenario is not repeated every year, as the coming years will witness many changes at the level of the competition organizing the professional and the Football Association.
He added: “The team’s management must be more stringent and serious, and put the team in a state of challenge constantly, and that the team is technical ready for the upcoming seasons, and the football company’s board of directors must be formed urgently, because the work continues in many competing clubs and has stable things, which puts the board of directors in front of a new challenge in building a strong team capable of achieving the league title, especially since the fans have convictions that the team is unable to compete, and change these convictions. Difficult at all technical and administrative levels.
He continued: «Defining priorities, choosing distinguished foreign players, escalating players from the academy, and the presence of a coach who is able to build a strong team, and management working seriously with the players, all important matters that must be worked on from now and urgently in preparation for the next season.
Repeat the problem
The former member of the Al -Nasr Football Company, Hassan Suhail, stressed that what happened with Al -Nasr in the current season is a repetition of the problem of each season, indicating that he did not wish the resignation of the Board of Directors of Al -Nasr Football Company at this time, because of the importance of the council’s presence in preparing for the next season.

He added: «The current season is one of the worst seasons that have passed on Al -Nasr Club, and I hope that the next season will be prepared from now, the choice of the appropriate players, and the rearrangement of the papers, there must be several changes in the administration, the technical, administrative staff and even the players, I hope that Hamid Al -Tayer will start from now, to build a strong team capable of local and even Asian competitions.
Suhail stressed that the repetition of failures during the past seasons confirms that there are continuous crises within the team, and work must be worked on from now to create conditions for the next season.
