Four women, who hold the nationality of an Arab country, used tricks to blackmail young men, as they were professionals in magic and sorcery to trap victims, and they turned their home in the Al Nakheel area in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah into a den of magic, until the Ras Al Khaimah Police arrested them red-handed practicing magic and sorcery, and the police found a young Emirati man inside the house, who admitted that he was under the influence of their magic.
The police said that the accused women, aged between 30 and 35, used to trap wealthy young men and extort their money and personal property using magic and sorcery. The police arrested them red-handed in Ras Al Khaimah after they were performing magic and sorcery, noting that the accused women have the ability to control men through fraudulent means.
She added that the details of the crime were revealed after financial disputes occurred between one of the accused and the main accused, so she filed a report with the police against the main accused, stating that a woman of her nationality was practicing witchcraft and sorcery, exploiting men financially, and residing in the country in a manner that violates the law.
In detail, the Director of the Criminal Investigation Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police, Colonel Salem Sultan Al Darmaki, said during a press conference held at the headquarters building yesterday that the department received a report from a woman stating that there was a woman exploiting young men and men using magic and sorcery in her home in the Nakheel area. Upon investigation, it was found that the informant had a relationship with the main accused and two other women, and that they were accustomed to blackmailing men using magic and sorcery.
He added, “After collecting the information, we coordinated with the informant to contact the main accused and inform her of her desire to perform magic on her husband. She agreed, and we agreed with her to come to her apartment to complete the operation. After setting an appointment with the main accused, an ambush was set up to catch her red-handed in her home. Legal procedures were also taken to raid and search the house.”
Magic toolsAl-Emarat Al-Youm monitored among the items seized by the police from the accused were the keys to an Infiniti car, more than six expensive mobile phones, a bottle of wine, various local and imported herbs from outside the country, incense, and cleaning materials. It turned out that there were sperm mixed with some herbs, and placed inside a bottle of chlorine. |
Al Darmaki continued, “After determining the place and time, the police forces raided the apartment, which was filled with the smell of incense and smoke. Three women of Arab nationality were arrested, as was the woman who filed the report herself, all of whom were of the same nationality. A young citizen (30 years old) from a neighboring emirate was also arrested, and he was found inside the apartment during the raid.”
He explained that the young citizen told them that he was a normal person until he met one of the accused, after which his life turned upside down, his behavior seemed abnormal, and he began to suffer from the witchcraft of the accused who were stealing his money.
Al-Darmaki confirmed that the four accused women used to trap men through magic and sorcery, and subject them to fulfilling their desires, noting that they had become professionals at defrauding victims using illegal activities, with the aim of seizing the salaries of weak-willed young men.
He pointed out that a group of herbs and cleaning materials used in magic and sorcery, alcoholic beverages, and paper tissues containing a person’s semen were seized.
Al-Darmaki stated that after conducting the initial investigations, it became clear that the complainant had prior knowledge of the accused and their activities, and as the dispute between her and the main accused increased, she went to the police, with the aim of taking revenge on her.
He added that all the accused confessed to practicing witchcraft and sorcery for more than two years, with the aim of obtaining money from their victims, controlling them and seizing their property, noting that the accused use herbs imported from their country, in addition to herbs sold in herbal shops, in preparing witchcraft and sorcery.
He explained that the accused women admitted that they were not aware of practicing witchcraft and sorcery on their own, and that they communicated with their relatives outside the country, and learned from them how to trap their victims with witchcraft, and the type of herbs and materials that should be used in witchcraft.
He added that the accused lure young men who want to engage in vice or get married, and their sperm is obtained using tissues, and mixed with herbs to prepare magic.
Al-Darmaki stated that the accused women confessed to burying their witchcraft in a remote place in the desert, in deserted places, and not burying their works in the sea, to avoid them being exposed or dissolving in the water.
He stressed that the main goal of the accused in practicing witchcraft was to obtain victims who would continuously fulfill their requests and obtain money, pointing out that some men and women would resort to the accused’s apartment in order to perform witchcraft, with the aim of marrying a specific person or seizing someone’s money.
For his part, the head of the investigations department, Major Dr. Hamad Ali Al-Dabani, said that women who deal with magic use many methods to obtain money from men, such as collecting pictures of victims, some strands of hair, and men’s sperm to mix them with magic.
He explained that some women do not know how to perform magic and sorcery, so they send some samples of sperm collected in tissues and men’s hair to their relatives outside the country, and the magic is performed and sent via the central mail.
He explained that the Investigations Department, in cooperation with the Central Post Office, was able to confiscate quantities of witchcraft that were sent from abroad with the aim of trapping men and seizing their money or marrying them.
Al-Dabani revealed that one of the young citizens was in a relationship with an Arab girl, and while she was getting out of her car to buy some belongings, he searched the side trunk of the car and found more than 50 tissue papers, inside of which were sperm from men who were victims of magic. It turned out that she was sending the tissue papers to her relatives outside the country to prepare magic and sorcery.
Al-Dabani called on young people to be careful and not to be led by their worldly desires and lusts, which exposes them to falling victim to a group of women who exploit young people, drain their money, and destroy entire families, in order to achieve their despicable goals and aims. He called on young people to adhere to the teachings of the true religion, and to relieve themselves in proper ways and in safe places far from sources of corruption and sedition, calling on families to take care of their children, and to give them advice and guidance on an ongoing basis.
