“ADNEC” signs final agreements to acquire “Royal Catering”

ADNEC Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Modon Holding Group, announced the signing of final agreements to acquire 100% of the capital of the services company “Royal Catering LLC – Royal Catering Services LLC”, which specializes in providing services. Catering, headquartered in Abu Dhabi.

The Royal Catering Company’s staff includes more than 2,500 employees, and its production capacity reaches more than 50,000 meals per day. It has a distinguished reputation for providing high-level services to major sectors in the UAE, such as aviation, energy, defence, healthcare, education, and catering, in addition to services. Supplementary support such as accommodation and lodging, making it a multi-faceted service provider.
