Moza Al-Hafiti’s nomination for the International Award comes as an extension of a career full of distinction and achievement, as she said in her interview with “Emirates Today”: “I have won many awards at the local and Arab levels, and the most prominent of these awards are the Hamdan Bin Rashid Award for the Distinguished Teacher category (13th session), and the Sharjah Award. For the Distinguished Teacher category (Cycle 18), and the Khalifa Educational Award for the Creative Teacher category (Cycle 11), in addition to qualifying for the second stage of The Cabinet Medal as part of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Award for the Teacher category. She also won the Emirates Award for Distinguished Teacher, and participated in the Mohammed bin Zayed Award for Best Gulf Teacher, which gave her the opportunity to join an advanced training program in Singapore.
Al-Hafiti stressed that her participation in local, Arab and international awards constituted a pivotal step in enhancing her educational experiences, which was directly reflected in the level of students and their academic achievement, noting that she benefited greatly from the training program in Singapore, which gave her the opportunity to learn about innovative educational methods. By applying it practically and training teachers on it as a certified trainer with the Ministry of Education.
She added that she focused on developing the speaking and delivery skills of first-year students, so that they were able to provide training courses for their colleagues, noting that she supervised successful student projects that won local awards, which reflects the importance of supporting creativity and developing talent in the educational field.
Al-Hafiti expressed her pride and happiness at being named to the list of the 50 best teachers in the world.
She stressed that this achievement is the result of a long journey of hard work and commitment to developing the educational process, and said: “My nomination for this international award represents the culmination of years of effort and dedication, as I have always sought to provide the best to students, whether through developing teaching methods, or through building Educational platforms that contribute to enhancing the learning experience.”
She believed that this achievement would not have been completed without the support of her fellow teachers and the management of the Zayed Educational Complex, who were a constant incentive to achieve excellence.
