The Dubai Sports Council launched the “Dubai Clubs Basketball Talent Development Center”, for age groups from 14 to 18 years.
The Council said, in a statement yesterday: “The launch of the center comes within the program to develop Dubai clubs’ talents in basketball, which includes a group of gatherings, matches, lessons and physical tests under the supervision of technical basketball specialists in Dubai clubs and the Council’s partners. The program began with the first experimental gathering held at Al-Nasr Club.” The athlete conducted practical and technical tests on a group of technical and physical skills, to evaluate the players who will join the development centers, and players from Al-Nasr, Al-Wasl and Shabab Al-Ahly clubs participated in it, in addition to players from the academies. especially”.
He added: “During the next sports season, these tests will continue to be organized, to provide the Talented Development Center with the best players.”
