3 clubs sharing the top of the Emirates Chess Championship Championship

Yesterday, Sunday, the Emirates Chess Championship for Open Classs, Women, Junior and U -16, organized by the Emirates Chess Federation in the Sharjah Chess Club Hall.
240 players and players from various clubs participated in the championship, and witnessed strong competitions that ended in sharing the lead between Fujairah, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah girls.
In the open category, Ammar Al -Sidrani, the player of the Fujairah Chess Club, decided to win the first place with 6.5 points out of 7 rounds, and Imran Al -Hosani, the Abu Dhabi Chess and mental games player, finished second with 5.5 points, equal with Mohamed Saeed Al -Layli from the Club Fujairah, which came in third place.
In the women’s category, Anoud Issa, the chess and culture club for girls, won the first place after scoring 6.5 points. Her colleague, Maryam Mohamed, won second place with 5.5 points, while Zainab Darwish, Al Ain Club player and mental games, came in third place.
In the junior category under 16 years, Rashid Abu Bakr, the player of Abu Dhabi Chess and Mental Games, topped the first place with 6.5 points, beating Saqr Issa Khamis from the Sharjah Chess Club, which came second with 6 points, while Humaidan Al -Zaabi from Abu Dhabi Club won Third place.
In the junior under -16 category, Anoud Issa continued to shine by winning the first place with 6.5 points, followed by her sister, Ahoud Issa, who came in second place with 6 points, while the third place was, it was the share of the kindergarten of Al -Afifi, the Abu Dhabi Chess and mental games, With 5.5 points.
