Sabt explained that the plan to achieve happiness in the free zone authority at Dubai Airport depends on seven initiatives, each of which includes a goal, message and application mechanism, and all aim to increase the employee’s sense of belonging to the institution, which enables him to innovate in his work, and these initiatives depend on the delivery of messages Happiness between employees, holding dialogue sessions with the human resources team permanently, organizing trips outside the work system, and making the employee happy on his own occasions, by sharing his joys by sending messages and gifts, and holding friendly sessions that enhance communication between managers and their employees.

She pointed out that the region’s authority has applied several smart projects that contribute to the happiness of employees and customers, including developing a facilitation platform for customers, to provide integrated solutions to them, and also developed a smart application available in all the leading operating platforms of smart devices among current and potential dealers, and the electronic portal and smart application were integrated into a scale Dubai Government for Happiness, with the aim of knowing the level and happiness of customers.

And she continued: «As for the employee happiness, I started applying the Davza plan for happiness on the ground, through an initiative to exempt one employee to be chosen according to the lottery, from attending the last two hours of the hours of Thursday, to start his vacation for the end of the week early, in addition to the permanent participation of employees On all their occasions, such as sending flower bouquets on their happy occasions, broadcasting short messages to solidarity and reassurance in various circumstances. ”
