He revealed that there is a specialized team that receives communications related to the crimes of children or the family, and is dealt with a great deal of secrecy and immediate intervention to solve them, and take legal measures in this regard.

Al -Mansouri added that the launch of the investigation or hotline call center comes within the framework of the crime reduction strategy before it occurred, or at least receiving assistance from the public to control the suspects at an appropriate time. He explained that the language factor does not stand in the way of receiving any call, as accredited translators are available to the General Administration of Investigations, as well as the majority of the administration officers are fluent in more than one language, and they can communicate with German, Russian, Urdu and French, in addition to Arabic and English.
