For his part, Director General of the Emirates Space Agency, Salem Butti Al Qubaisi, stressed that with the increasing opportunities in the space sector, the Abu Dhabi Space Dialogue contributes to enhancing fundamental discussions about the current situation and anticipating the future potential of the sector.

Director of the Department of Space Policy and International Relations, Fatima Al Shamsi, said that the sessions of the first day of the Abu Dhabi Space Dialogue focus on investing in space technologies to enhance global security, improve operations and responsibilities between Earth and orbit, and address the issue of space debris through innovative regulatory solutions based on market mechanisms.
