14 clubs in a “technical” workshop for the Professional Association


The UAE Professional Association organized a technical workshop for the upcoming sports season amendments 2025-2026, yesterday, in Dubai, attended by a member of the association’s chairman, Hassan Talib Al-Marri, Acting CEO, Musab Al Marzouqi, and representatives of the 14 professional clubs.

Hassan Talib Al -Marri said that the discussions and observations that will result from the workshop will be submitted to the association’s board of directors, and to decide in the interest of the clubs and competitions organized by the UAE League and football in general.

The activities of the workshop continued to present the proposals of the new sports season calendar 2025-2026, after housing the dates for national teams and the external participation of professional clubs in various competitions.

It was followed by the technical amendments in the various regulations of the UAE Professional Association competitions: the ADNOC Professional League List, the Super Emaar Cup list, the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup regulations, the U -23 Professional League List, which concerns the registration and participation of the players in the competitions. The club’s proposals have also been reviewed by the association in this aspect.
