The Archery and Boxing Federations announced the list of participants in the World School Games hosted by Bahrain from October 23 to 31. The bow and arrow list includes 11 male and female players: Abdullah Al Mansouri, Ali Al Ketbi, Mansour Al Kaabi, Hassan Ibrahim, Salem Al Kaabi, Khalifa Musabah Hamad, Alia Saleh Al Ali, Noura Adel, Marwa Omar Saleh, Sarah Adel, and Noura Al Malki.
Male and female players will begin an internal preparation camp at Al Madam Cultural and Sports Club tomorrow, under the supervision of national team coach Young Chol Lee.
The Boxing Federation also announced the selection of seven players for the participating list: Badr Saeed, Ahmed Abdullah, Muhammad Rafi’i, Omar Tayel, Nahyan Al-Ghafri, Fahd Tibur, and Arukhan Agiv.
The technical director of the Emirates Boxing Federation, Mohammed Musabah Al Shibli, confirmed that the recent period witnessed good local preparations in Abu Dhabi to raise the level of players’ readiness.
