The Dubai Free Market announced today, the achievement of record sales in the first quarter of 2025, amounting to 2.06 billion dirhams “565 million dollars”, driven by exceptional performance during the month of February, which recorded the highest monthly sales in the market history of 709 million dirhams “194 million dollars”.
Ramish Sidambi, Executive Director of the Dubai Free Market, stressed that strong performance during this period reflects the excellence and integration of services with the growth of the movement of passengers, especially during the month of February, whose average daily sales reached about 25.3 million dirhams.
The perfumes came at the top of sales categories with 371 million dirhams, with a contribution of about 18% in the total revenue, and the sweets sector witnessed remarkable growth by 57% with the support of the great success of Dubai chocolate shows.
