The monthly statistical data issued by the Real Estate Registration Department in Sharjah yesterday indicated that the number of sales transactions during the aforementioned month amounted to 1246 transactions, or 11.2% of the number of total transactions, while the number of mortgage transactions reached 677, or 6.1% of the total transactions, with a value of 1.1 billion dirhams , And the number of initial contract transactions reached 2817, or 25.3%, while the number of transactions of benefit certificates reached For property 4177, with 37.6%, and the number of property bonds transactions 2199, or 19.8% of the number of total transactions.

Selling transactions took place in 114 regions, distributed over the cities and regions of the Emirate of Sharjah, and included residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural lands, where 651 space plots were circulated, while the number of transactions of the secreted units reached 332, and built land transactions reached 263 transactions.

In turn, the commercial area of ​​Mouleeh recorded the highest real estate deal concluded in Sharjah, during last January, on a land built with a value of 46.5 million dirhams, and the “warehouse land” area recorded the highest mortgage treatment that was registered during the same month, on a built -in land with a value of 330 million Dirham, the total sales transactions in Sharjah are 1132 transactions, while the commercial area of ​​Mouleh continued to issue the list of the highest areas in the number Selling transactions of 179 transactions.
