The opening ceremony of the forum was attended by Lieutenant General Talal Humaid Belhoul Al Falasi, Head of the Dubai Security Service, Awad Hadher Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Electronic Security Centre, Tamim Mohammed Al Muhairi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Electronic Security Centre, and Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, Director General of the Dubai Digital Authority and a member of the Board of Directors.
