Dubai International is preparing to receive 2.5 million passengers in 9 days

Dubai Airports Foundation announced that Dubai International Airport is preparing to receive more than 2.5 million passengers, during the period from 20 to 28 February, with a daily average of 280 thousand passengers, while the peak on Saturday, February 22, is more than 295 thousand passengers. Dubai Airports reported that this dense movement comes driven by a group of international events and school holidays in main markets, which makes it one of the most crowded periods at Dubai International Airport.

For a smooth travel experience, “Dubai Airports” advised the guests traveling using the “Dubai Metro” to reach the airport, and to move between the two buildings (1) and (3), pointing out that the bus stop for the two connections to Building No. (1) will be outside the service starting from 21 February, while alternative transport options and updated tables can be found on the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority website.
