210 players participate in the “Electronic Football League”

The Emirates Electronic Sports Federation launched, yesterday evening, Sunday, the second edition of the UAE Electronic Football League with the participation of 210 players from 16 clubs from various clubs of the country, where the competitions started with the qualifying stage, before the start of the group stage.
The Emirates Electronic Sports Federation emphasized that this version will witness technical updates and organizational improvements, to ensure a more professional experience for players and the public, with a focus on providing a fair and exciting competitive environment for e -football fans.
The Secretary -General of the Federation, Saeed Ali Al -Taher, said that the second edition of the League Championship embodies the Federation’s vision in developing electronic sports and providing an opportunity for Emirati and Arab talents to compete at the highest levels.
He added that the launch of this version comes within the Federation’s strategy to support the electronic games sector and organize championships with international standards, in a way that contributes to the consolidation of the UAE’s position as a leading destination in electronic sports at the region and the world.
