“Through my livelihood in the UAE, I found that the month of Ramadan is always distinguished by the players’ opportunity to meet with their family members for longer times than other days throughout the year, which is very cool,” said the player who joined Al -Wahda in January 2019 from Brazilian Botafogo.

As for his eating of Emirati food in the month of Ramadan, he said: “There are many foods that I have become eaten many times, but (the lattat) are the most of the foods that I adore, and at the same time I am keen not to eat large quantities of them, so that there is no increase in my weight, or Merdudi is affected on the field by eating sweets that negatively affect the physical fitness of any player.”

The 24 -year -old national team player talked about the effect of changing the daily routine coordination in the month of Ramadan on the players, and said: “Indeed, there will be a major change in the dates of the training and matches that are held at a late time, and this is reflected in that there is a change in the dates of eating meals, but there is no problem with that, as I adapted to these changes, and most importantly, the player adheres to a specific system in terms of the number of hours of sleep, especially since he sleeps Late due to changing training dates and matches. ”

And he added, “It is also important for the player to abide by a diet, and not eat large quantities of food, and focus on compensating the fluids that he does not eat throughout the day during his fast.”

Lucas Biminta concluded his statements by confirming his family’s love to live in the Emirates for as long as possible, and said: “We enjoy a lot of different atmosphere in the month of Ramadan, while in general my family loves life in the UAE, as the quality of living here is, it is rare to find it in many countries around the world, and I always wish all the best for my friends in the Emirates, and that everyone can enjoy these exceptional days in the month of Ramadan that differ from other months.”
