Land for sale in Al Barsha 1 in Dubai for AED 180 million

Today, the real estate market in the Emirate of Dubai witnessed the sale of a plot of land in the Al Barsha 1 area for a value of 180 million dirhams.

According to the data of the Land and Property Department, the villa area reached about 44.2 thousand square feet at a price of 4072.3 dirhams per foot.

Today, real estate sales amounted to about 1.77 billion dirhams, through 726 transactions, through the implementation of 604 residential units, 60 buildings, and 62 plots of land.
