The Communications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority announced yesterday that it is organizing the “Digital Accessibility” Forum in Dubai, which is the first of its kind at the national level, and aims to strengthen national efforts to achieve integrated digital inclusion.
The authority said in a statement that the forum focused on enabling all segments of society to access digital technology and electronic services, while ensuring the provision of the necessary infrastructure that takes into account the needs of different groups, including people of determination and the elderly.
During the forum, many vital issues were discussed, such as enhancing innovation in providing digital services, and developing digital standards that support easy access to government and private platforms.
