November 8 is the deadline to apply for “Spring Missions” abroad

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reported that applications for foreign missions for the spring semester 2025 will continue to be received until next November 8 as the last date for application, in order to pursue university or postgraduate studies outside the country, stressing that the application is 100% electronic through the Ministry’s website or smart application.

She explained on her website that this service targets qualified national students who meet the conditions and standards of the scholarship program stated on the website, in order to complete an academic degree (Bachelor’s – Master’s – Doctorate) in the best majors and international universities. Applicants are selected based on a differential process that takes into account many factors. Factors include previous academic results, university entrance examination results, university level, the extent of the need for the specialty to be studied, passing the personal interview, and other factors.
