Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, the Dubai Desert Rally activities will begin on November 28 and continue until December 1, as this year’s edition marks the 45th anniversary. One year since the launch of the rally, which is one of the oldest car and motorcycle sports championships in the UAE and the region.

The rally is organized with the support of the Dubai Police General Command, the General Administration of Dubai Civil Defense, the Roads and Transport Authority, the Dubai Municipality, and the Land Areas Department, in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council, under the supervision of the Emirates Motor and Motorcycle Organization, and with the support of the official automotive partner, Al-Futtaim Toyota, and the energy partner, Enoc. .

For the first time in its history, the rally will continue over four days, to provide the opportunity for motorsport and motorcycle enthusiasts to attend and watch. This coincides with the successful initiatives that were launched in previous years, which aim to bring the event closer to the public, as the exhibition stage will be organized this year. In the Hatta region, which provides the opportunity for race fans and followers from all over the world to enjoy the picturesque nature that characterizes the mountainous region, while allowing free attendance at the demonstration stage, which is expected to be held on Friday, November 29th.

For his part, Vice President of the Emirates Motor and Motorcycle Organization, Mohammed Al Muhairi, said: “The Dubai Desert Rally has a distinguished place in the calendar of the World Cup for Desert Rally Championships, and we look forward to hosting the final of another season of racing in the UAE, and we are pleased to see this continued development, as it has succeeded.” “In attracting the giants of motorsport and motorcycles in the region and the world.”
