This came during the visit of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Supreme President and CEO of Emirates Airline and the Group, and Secretary-General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, Abdullah Al Basti. And the Director-General of Dubai Finance, Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Saleh, to the new building of the Public Prosecution in Dubai, where His Highness was received upon his arrival by the Attorney General of the Emirate of Dubai, Counselor Essam Issa Al-Humaidan, and a number of officials.

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said, in a post on the “X” platform yesterday: “I inspected the new building of the Public Prosecution in Dubai, and viewed its departments and departments, which were designed according to the highest international standards, to ensure the speed and ease of completing investigation procedures and improving the services provided.” to the public in accordance with best practices.”

His Highness added: “Today, we are proceeding in accordance with the visions and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to enhance efforts to achieve leadership and excellence in the judicial system at all levels, and within its various paths, to bring Dubai to the ranks of the best cities in the world for establishing justice and transparency.”

During the visit, His Highness was briefed on the departments and sections of the new building of the Public Prosecution, all of which are working in harmony to achieve its vision, goals and mission of achieving the rule of law with global leadership and protection of rights and freedoms, and adopting digital and proactive services relying on innovative national competencies.

All the facilities and departments included in the new building of the Public Prosecution in Dubai have been equipped according to the highest international standards, to ensure the speed and ease of completing investigation procedures, and to improve the services provided to the public in accordance with the most efficient practices, within an integrated system that supports the capabilities of the judicial system and activates its role in preserving the rights of all.

The building includes offices for members of the Public Prosecution and technical and administrative staff, with a capacity of more than 700 employees, designed in a way that creates an ideal work environment that supports productivity and excellence.

The new building was also provided with a number of meeting and training rooms, the Family Reconciliation Room for the Family and Juveniles Prosecution, which contributes to maintaining family cohesion and spreading the culture of dialogue and understanding between the disputing parties, and the Children’s Room designated for psychological guidance for children, which aims to contain children and open a friendly dialogue. With them away from the psychological pressures that they may be exposed to while they are present during investigation operations, in addition to a special nursery for employees’ children and a sports club, which is unique in its kind, and a factor that encourages employees to practice physical activity and motivates them to the job.

The building also includes remote investigation rooms, equipped with the latest technologies and communication devices supported by artificial intelligence, with the aim of facilitating investigation procedures without the need to attend directly to the Public Prosecution headquarters.

At the conclusion of the visit, His Highness the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and Chairman of the Judicial Council in Dubai, praised the efforts of the Public Prosecution and all parties concerned with the judicial system and their keenness to work as one team to achieve the goals of judicial work in the emirate.
