The Secretary General of the Ajman Arbitration Center and Director of the Legal Affairs Department on assignment at the Ajman Chamber, Hindi Obaid Al Matrooshi, said that the commercial mediation service received 59 cases during the past year 2024, of which action was taken in 91%, indicating that the Legal Affairs Department completed 106 requests within the service. Contracts and legislation during the same period, while the number of commercial arbitration cases reached 14 cases, action was taken in more than 60% of them.
Al Matroushi added that the Ajman Chamber is constantly seeking to enhance legal awareness among the business community, by organizing a series of specialized legal seminars, in cooperation with the Chamber’s partners from government agencies and those concerned with legal affairs.
