Director General of Dubai Municipality, Engineer Dawoud Al Hajri, confirmed that the municipality will work to implement the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to provide all forms of services necessary for the people of those areas, immediately after the distribution of lands, in a way that achieves the highest levels of comfort, luxury and stability for them, by establishing an integrated package. Of service facilities, such as mosques, schools, and public parks, in addition to various commercial service outlets that will be implemented in accordance with the highest international standards that the municipality is keen to follow in its various projects, and in which the requirements are taken into account. His Highness said that “the citizen’s comfort, happiness, and family stability are at the forefront of the government’s priorities,” stressing that “providing the best forms of decent life for the country’s citizens is one of the most important priorities and obligations that we spare no effort in fulfilling. His Highness added: “We directed the allocation of new plots of land to guarantee our citizens adequate housing that gives them stability and meets the requirements of their families in the best possible way. We also directed the provision of facilities and outlets that meet all the needs of the residents of the new areas.”

He noted that all the decisions taken in Dubai and the efforts undertaken by the government aim primarily to serve citizens and provide them with all possible forms of support, whether on the social level or in other fields, as the aspirations and ambitions of citizens remain a goal that the government uses all its capabilities to achieve, in an effort to consolidate Establishing a cohesive society that enjoys prosperity and progress, and ensuring for its children the appropriate climate that helps them fully carry out their roles towards their country.

For his part, Director General of Dubai Municipality, Engineer Dawoud Al Hajri, confirmed that the municipality will immediately take the necessary measures to implement the order issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, indicating that the municipality will begin as soon as possible distributing the lands of the three regions that His Highness ordered their allocation to citizens. He explained that the first area is located within the “Third Roya” area on Emirates Road, with a total area of ​​2,256 hectares, and includes 8,428 residential plots with an area of ​​1,115 square meters for each plot, while the second area is located in the “Wadi Al Shabak” area at the intersection with Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street. And Tripoli Street, with a total area of ​​232 hectares, includes 1,315 residential plots with an area of ​​1,115 square meters for each plot. The third area is located within the “Mushrif” area at the intersection of Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Tripoli Street, with a total area of ​​59 hectares, and includes 349 residential plots with an area of ​​1,115 square meters for each plot.
