Mohammed bin Rashid issues decrees appointing and promoting members of the judicial authority in the Emirate of Dubai

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued Decree Nos. (6), (7), (8), (9) and (10) of 2019 appointing and promoting members of the judiciary. In Dubai.

Decree No. (10) of 2019 stipulated the promotion of the Chief Prosecutor, Dr. Bakri Abdullah Hassan Al-Sayyed, to the rank of Attorney General at the Public Prosecution, and Decree No. (6) of 2019 appointing Ahmed Nasr Muhammad Nasr as a judge in the courts of first instance in the Dubai Courts, and Decree No. (7) loaning the same judge from the Dubai Courts to the Financial Audit Authority.
