Yesterday, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received the Minister of Interior of Afghanistan, Sirajuddin Haqqani.
The meeting, which took place at Al Shati Palace in Abu Dhabi, touched on developments on the Afghan scene, in addition to strengthening cooperation relations between the two countries in order to achieve their common interests, especially in the development fields, in addition to ways to support reconstruction and stability in Afghanistan, and achieve development and prosperity for the Afghan people.
For his part, the Afghan Minister of Interior praised the cooperative relations between the UAE and Afghanistan, and the humanitarian support provided by the UAE to the Afghan people.
