GEMS Educational Group announced the launch of the GEMS Research and Innovation School in Dubai, which is considered the most expensive and most prestigious school in the world, with investments amounting to $100 million, equivalent to 367 million dirhams, and annual fees of $56,000, equivalent to 200 thousand dirhams.
The group reported that the school is one of the pioneering initiatives that embody the goals of the “Education Strategy 2033” in Dubai, which aims to achieve a radical transformation in the educational system, by providing an exemplary, high-quality educational experience that focuses on the student as a pivotal element, while enhancing the capabilities of emerging generations with innovation skills. The new school will open its doors next August in Dubai Sports City, and combines advanced educational curricula in the English language, the highest international teaching standards, and a group of modern facilities and innovative technologies, with the aim of providing an exceptional educational experience that meets the aspirations of students.

She added: “Among the unique facilities that the school will provide is an elevated football field that is also used as an airstrip, and the school offers more than 15 basic sports, including swimming in an Olympic-sized pool, and NBA-standard basketball with an amphitheater that can accommodate 200 people.”
