Al-Hammadi said, “I could not bear to see a man crying, as this is a reflection of a state of true oppression, so I excused myself from him for a few minutes, and went to the director of the center and told him the story, and under clear instructions and follow-up from Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al-Mansouri, regarding the necessity of providing assistance to difficult humanitarian cases in financial issues, we participated in the The amount was paid, I paid the fine owed to the woman, and brought him a payment certificate.”
He added, “The man could not control himself when I did that and cried again, but from joy this time.
