He pointed out that he went to the Customer Happiness Office to find the accused in a heated discussion with a fellow policeman about the incident, so he asked his colleague to bring him to the duty officer’s office, and he was surprised by a sharp reaction from the accused, who started screaming, despite the police responding calmly to him, stressing that The law will take its course, and there is no need to speak inappropriately, but he replied, saying: “I am an officer with the rank of lieutenant colonel, and I want to speak with an officer like me.” The policeman replied that the law applies to everyone, and asked him to sit down, but he He hysterically threw his phones on the desk and approached the policeman, until the officer on duty came and took him to his office.

An eyewitness, who was found by chance at the police station to conduct a transaction, said that he saw the accused feeling strangely agitated, and the policeman tried to calm him down, but he refused to sit down, and turned to the policeman in a way that indicated his desire to fight.

Another policeman, who initially dealt with the accused, revealed that the accused lied regarding recording the traffic accident, as he requested the cancellation of a traffic violation in the amount of 520 dirhams incurred by his vehicle as a result of his collision with his neighbor’s car while reversing, pointing out that he admitted that he had hit a wall and not his neighbor’s car. .

The policeman said during the Public Prosecution’s investigations that he explained to the accused that it was necessary to report an accident that hit a wall and not another car, because in this way he was violating the law, but he was insisting on canceling the traffic violation, and he kept screaming, which required the intervention of the victim’s colleague, who in turn tried to make him understand that What he did amounted to a false and baseless report, but he continued to scream and behave inappropriately, threatening the police officers present.
