Abu Dhabi Powerboat Team defends Formula 2 World Championship title in Lithuania round


The Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club announced yesterday the participation of the Abu Dhabi Powerboat Team in the third round of the Formula 2 World Championship, which starts today and continues until next Saturday in the city of Klaipėda in Lithuania. Rashid Al Qamzi, the champion of the previous edition, seeks to retain his title, after the distinguished results he achieved in the second round of the championship in Norway, while the Abu Dhabi 36 boat, led by Mansour Al Mansouri, came in second, to end the second stage of the championship at the top of the general classification of the competition with 25 points, after Al Qamzi took the lead.

The team’s mission is headed by Nasser Al Dhaheri, along with the competitors Rashid Al Qamzi and Mansour Al Mansouri, and the technical and administrative staff.
