The Director General of the Department, Colonel Salem Ali Al Qattam Al Zaabi, stressed the Abu Dhabi Residency’s keenness to enhance communication with customers, within the “We Ask You to Make You Happy” initiative, and to listen to their opinions and suggestions that help achieve the goals by providing them with distinguished services and improving the work system. Colonel Al Zaabi met and welcomed customers at the Abu Dhabi Residency headquarters recently, in the presence of the Deputy Director General, department directors and department heads, Colonel Yousef Ismail Al Khouri, listening to their comments and suggestions, which will have a positive impact in raising work efficiency and developing the services provided.
