The exhibition witnesses the launch of a group of qualitative projects for the first time inside and outside the UAE, which enhances its position and attractiveness to investors and those interested in real estate affairs. This year is also marked by the return of the Egyptian real estate pavilion with wide participation from the largest and most important Egyptian real estate development and investment companies that present a group of diverse real estate projects from residential units. And coastal chalets and commercial units in various parts of Egypt, starting from the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo, all the way to the cities of the North Coast, Ras El Hekma, and other promising investment areas.

During its participation in the exhibition, the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) will showcase the two new residential towers in the Ajwan Khor Fakkan project, “Mouj and Ghadir”, which constitute a promising investment opportunity within Shurooq’s portfolio, which also includes Maryam Island and the pioneering project Sharjah Sustainable City, the first sustainable residential complex in the Emirate of Sharjah.
