Air Arabia launches new flights between Sharjah and Addis Ababa


Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost airline in the Middle East and North Africa, announced the launch of new direct flights to the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, starting from Sharjah.

The new service will start on January 30 between Sharjah International Airport and Addis Ababa International Airport, with a rate of three flights per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Adel Al Ali, CEO of Air Arabia Group, said that adding Addis Ababa to Air Arabia’s growing network of destinations confirms the company’s commitment to enhancing communication and supporting economic and cultural relations between the UAE and Ethiopia, explaining that by expanding destinations from Sharjah, the company seeks to strengthen The trade and tourism sectors while continuing to provide comfortable and affordable travel options to Air Arabia customers.
