The first day of the “IBS 2025” exhibition witnessed the launch of the book: “The Real Estate Mediation Directory from the beginning to the professional – Dubai experience”, in both Arabic and English, by its founder and CEO of “Ismail Al Hammadi Group” in Dubai, Ismail Al Hammadi, in the presence of the Director General of the Land and Property Department in Dubai, Eng. Marwan Bin Ghalita, and the Director General of the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, team Mohamed Ahmed Al -Marri, and Governor of the Dubai Center Global Financial, Issa Kazem.
Al -Hammadi said: “The book is my first author, which is a very important addition to the real estate knowledge library, and a comprehensive practical guide aimed at enhancing the efficiency of real estate brokers, and supporting the development of the real estate sector in Dubai and its legislative environment.”
He added: «The book represents a road map for everyone who wants to enter this vital sector or develop its professional skills, as it was combined between legal knowledge, marketing skills, and best professional practices in the real estate brokerage sector, while highlighting the modern real estate legislation environment in Dubai to support this field.
Al -Hammadi continued during the signing ceremony: «This book is the product of more than 28 years of experience in the real estate sector in Dubai, and through which I aim to enable real estate brokers and those interested in this field, and provide accurate knowledge of the Dubai market and modern practices in the field of real estate mediation for success.
Al -Hammadi’s book is the first specialized experience in writing about the field of real estate mediation that is published in Dubai and at the level of the UAE, in which the writer addresses the successful experience of Dubai in this field.
The book provides an integrated vision of the tasks of the real estate mediator, starting with understanding the basics of the profession and the market, through how to manage real estate deals, to building confidence with dealers and achieving the highest levels of professionalism.
Its most important axes were to provide an integrated view of the concept of real estate mediation and the laws that regulate it and its stages, in addition to clarifying the most important tactics and strategies to succeed in it, as well as understanding the tools of market analysis and the factors affecting them, and the most important challenges facing the mediator and a set of recommendations.
