Al Wasl Secures Record 14 Strategic Sponsors for 2026-2027 Season

Al Wasl signs 14 sponsorship deals for 2026–2027 season

Al Wasl sponsorships grow with 14 partnership deals for the 2026–2027 season, signed in Dubai; list includes platinum, gold and sustainability partners.

Al Wasl Investment announced the signing and renewal of 14 sponsorship and strategic partnership agreements for the 2026–2027 season, marking the largest single-season commercial intake in the club’s history. The move underscores Al Wasl sponsorships as a central pillar of the club’s strategy to strengthen its sporting and investment projects while building long-term relationships with national institutions. The agreements were formalised at a ceremony in Dubai attended by senior officials and corporate representatives.

Ceremony at One&Only One Za’abeel and key attendees

The signing event took place at the One&Only One Za’abeel hotel in Dubai and drew top club and government figures. Present were Mohammed Saeed Al Shehi, director general of the office of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dr. Mohammed Ahmed bin Fahd, chairman of Al Wasl Club, and Fardan Al Fardan, head of Al Wasl Investment. Representatives from the club’s board, subsidiary companies and the newly enlisted sponsors also attended the ceremony.

Club frames milestone as vote of confidence

Fardan Al Fardan described the package of deals as a historic milestone for the club and a testament to rising market confidence in the Al Wasl brand. He said attracting 14 partners in a single season reflects the appeal of the club’s sporting project and its commercial potential. He also highlighted that several partners have renewed ties for more than ten seasons, demonstrating relationships built on mutual trust rather than short-term contracts.

Platinum, gold and strategic partners named

The agreements include a mixture of renewals and new alliances across sectors. Longstanding partners that renewed at high tier levels include Dubai Real Estate Centre as a platinum sponsor and Masafi as the official water partner for a fifth consecutive season. Dubai Investments was announced as the new gold sponsor for the first team, with its logo set to appear on the team’s match kits during 2026–2027.

Specialist and service partners supporting operations

Several partners will provide specialist services that support the team’s daily operations and player welfare. Tadawi Healthcare Group renewed its role as the club’s medical partner for a sixth consecutive year, ensuring continued medical and rehabilitation support for players. Namat Development signed a three-season agreement to be the official infrastructure and development partner, taking responsibility for upgrades and maintenance across club facilities.

Commercial and fan engagement tie-ups

On the commercial and fan experience front, the club renewed and expanded relationships designed to boost engagement and matchday experience. Puma will continue as the club’s sportswear supplier for a second successive season, with official replicas to be available in retail outlets. Dream Dubai was confirmed as the club’s fan engagement partner and will run interactive activations and matchday promotions aimed at deepening supporter involvement.

Mobility, hydration and insurance arrangements

Operational partners covering logistics and player welfare were also part of the package. CarFair was appointed the official mobility partner, providing a fleet of premium vehicles and branding on training apparel. Gatorade, represented locally by Dubai Beverages, joins as the official hydration partner, while Al Wathba National Insurance extended its role as the team’s insurance partner for a tenth straight year.

Al Wasl also signed Dubai Commercial Bank as the official banking partner, with the bank’s emblem scheduled to appear on the shoulders of the first-team shirts under the new agreement. Parkonic joined as a smart mobility solutions partner, reflecting the club’s interest in integrating technology-driven services into its operations.

Al Wasl emphasized the strategic nature of these agreements, framing many as multi-season commitments rather than single-year deals. Club officials said the sponsorship ecosystem was deliberately diversified across finance, infrastructure, health, retail, beverages and technology to open new collaboration channels and commercial opportunities.

The club highlighted sustainability and community engagement as priorities in the new line-up of partners. Emicol was named the official sustainability partner, a move the club said will support environmental initiatives and improvements to player services and facilities. Several partners also committed to community-facing programs that will run alongside on-field activities during the season.

The 14 agreements are intended to underpin both sporting ambitions and the club’s wider investment plan, with revenue and in-kind support earmarked for squad development, facility upgrades and fan experience enhancements. Al Wasl officials framed the drive to secure long-term, multi-sector partners as aligned with the club’s goal to be a leading sporting and investment entity in the UAE.

The new sponsorship portfolio sets a commercial baseline for the 2026–2027 season and signals the club’s intent to balance competitive performance with sustainable business growth. The agreements position Al Wasl to deliver an enhanced matchday product for supporters while expanding its footprint across national corporate partnerships and commercial channels.
