An official decision… “Gulf 27” in Saudi Arabia


Obaid Salem Al Shamsi, Second Vice President of the Football Association, Ibrahim Hassan Al-Nimr, Member of the Board of Directors, and Mohammed Abdullah Hazzam Al Dhaheri, Secretary-General of the Federation, participated in the regular general assembly meeting of the Gulf Cup Football Federation, which was held today at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Kuwait.

The meeting discussed a number of topics on the agenda, in addition to discussing ways to enhance cooperation between Gulf federations, to serve the development of football in the region and achieve the aspirations of Gulf fans.
During the General Assembly meeting, it was announced that Saudi Arabia will host the next edition of the Arabian Gulf Cup Football Championship, “Gulf 27,” in a step that reflects the commitment to strengthening joint Gulf action and developing regional championships.
