The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reported that it has launched an updated version of the system for accepting national students into higher education institutions, with the aim of providing integrated and simplified services that meet the aspirations of students, explaining that the updated system contributes to reducing the time and effort required for the application process, enabling students to focus on excellence in Their academic career.
The Ministry confirmed, through a publication yesterday, that the new system will achieve three additional benefits: reducing the application period to only one and a half minutes, and reducing the number of documents and fields required for application by about 86%, while 20 higher education institutions participate in the unified registration system.
The Ministry indicated that this system provides citizen students and children of female citizens the opportunity to enroll in a higher education institution in the United Arab Emirates. Opportunities are also given to citizen students to apply and join study scholarships outside the country at the expense of the Ministry of Higher Education.
The Ministry has set, on its website, four conditions for joining the system: The applicant must be a citizen or the child of a citizen, a 12th grade student or one who has completed the 12th grade requirements at the level of public and private schools in the country and students outside the country, and the applicant must have completed all procedures and steps. necessary to submit the application, along with completing all required supporting and academic documents within the specified dates.
The Ministry specified the steps to provide the service by clicking on the “Start” box, then registering for the digital ID, then logging in using the Emirates ID card.
