The Ministry of Education announced the opening of registration in the advanced path in government schools for the next academic year 2025-2026, for students of the second episode of citizens, in grades from fifth to eighth, starting from today until the seventh of next March.
The ministry stated that registration is available electronically via www.moe.gov.ae, and targeting students from the UAE citizens, and the children of female citizens (holding the registration summary), explaining that academic admission is closely related to the student’s rates in three subjects that include the English language, mathematics and science.
She stressed that the fifth grade students wishing to register in the advanced path are required to obtain a rate of 90% in the English language, compared to 80% for students of the sixth, seventh and eighth grades in the same article, and they must achieve a rate of 90% in mathematics, compared to 80% for students of the rest of the classes in The same article, and all students of the second episode must achieve a rate of no less than 80% in science.
The Ministry has set three requirements for students of the second seminar applying to the advanced path, as they should fulfill the specified academic standard, and that the student be within the school’s residential scope, and in the case of the owners of determination, the ability to integrate according to the medical report is confirmed.
The ministry said that schools should obtain initial approval from the guardian after the conditions are fulfilled, as the request will be audited and a notice of approval will be sent, and in the event that the standards are not fulfilled, parents will be notified of the rejection .
The Ministry confirmed in a circular to government schools, the Emirates Today reviewed its details, that the final approval comes after the student achieves the degree of success approved, as students are subject to tests in the English language, mathematics and science, and it is required to pass the specified rates.
