Creative teacher creates student’s personality

The Deputy Academic Director at Al Ebtikar Kindergarten in Dibba Al Fujairah, Kalithm Hamid Saif Al Mazrouei, stressed that high-quality early education has great and long-term benefits, as “the first years of a child are the most important for shaping his personality,” noting that “this stage requires a creative teacher who follows a method of excitement and arousing children’s curiosity, and always seeks to stimulate their enthusiasm and strengthen a positive relationship with them.”

The creative teacher, Kalithm Al Mazrouei, stressed that the creative teacher is the basis for the development of the educational system, as he is the role model and the first guide for the students’ progress, and the one responsible for conveying experiences to his students.

She said that the teacher, especially in the kindergarten stage, must be passionate about learning and developing his methods, able to think in innovative ways, and choose inspiring teaching methods, in addition to the ability to assess his weaknesses and work on developing them.

Al Mazrouei, who holds a Master’s degree in Education for Gifted and Talented Students from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and has over 18 years of educational experience, said, “The kindergarten teacher is responsible for helping the child organize, channel and direct his energy.”

Al Mazrouei has received dozens of educational awards, including the Khalifa Educational Award in the field of general education (Creative Teacher Category), the “Aoun” Award for Community Service at the regional level, the “Square Residents” Award for the “Reading Buds” project, the title of “Brilliant Teacher” from the Fujairah Educational Zone, and the title of “Distinguished Educator.”
