DEWA concludes the 15th session of “Engineer of the Future”


Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) concluded the 15th (summer) session of the “Engineer of the Future” camp, which was organised by the Authority, with the participation of 30 male and female students, children of DEWA employees, whose ages ranged between 11 and 14 years.

The Authority’s Academy hosted the “Engineer of the Future” activities, which aim to expand students’ knowledge about various scientific fields, including 3D printing, information security, building complex mechanical structures, and the Internet of Things. The Authority stated in a statement yesterday that the activities included workshops and awareness and educational activities to enhance the scientific, personal and artistic capabilities of the participants, and encourage them to showcase their talents and hone their skills in various aspects.
