The Sustainability and Innovation Center of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Diwa) received a high -level delegation, headed by the Deputy Minister of Energy in Brunei Dar Al Salam, Haji Muhammad Azmi bin Haj Muhammad Hanifa.
