Dubai.. “Arab Plast 2025” kicks off tomorrow with the participation of 35 countries


Tomorrow, the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center will host the 17th session of the Arab Plast international trade exhibition for plastics, recycling, petrochemicals, packaging and rubber industries, which continues until January 9.

More than 750 exhibitors from 35 Arab, European and Asian countries are participating in the event, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Austria, China, Egypt, Germany, Italy, India, South Korea, Switzerland, Vietnam and Jordan.

Arab Plast is the largest plastics and petrochemicals exhibition in the Middle East and North Africa, and is held annually in Dubai with the participation of Gulf, Arab and international petrochemicals and plastics manufacturers, to highlight the latest findings of these industries and their future in the coming years, and to reveal their new products that enhance the concepts of awareness. Environmental and sustainability

Nidal Muhammad Kadar, director of the exhibition, said that the event is of great importance as it presents a variety of products, technologies and solutions that shape the future of the plastics, petrochemicals and rubber sectors in the region.

He explained that the event is being held in Dubai as a global gateway to modern technology markets in the field of plastics, recycling, petrochemicals, packaging, rubber and related industries.

For his part, Sadiq Al Lawati, Executive Director of Polymer Marketing at OQ Omani Company, the main sponsor of the exhibition, confirmed that the event is held annually in Dubai as a global platform to highlight the latest technologies in the petrochemical and plastics industries and contribute to highlighting them in front of major countries in the world.

Farah Abdel Hamid, media director of the exhibition, said that the event witnesses a significant increase annually in the number of participants and exhibitors from the Emirates and countries of the region, and it is expected that “Arab Plast 2025” will attract more than 10 thousand visitors in its three days, to learn about the latest technologies and the latest findings. Plastics and petrochemical industries locally and globally, and learning about new products that enhance the concepts of environmental awareness and sustainability

The UAE pavilion at the Arab Plast exhibition includes a group of companies, including Borouge, Kizad, Astra Polymers, and Ecopolymers, while the Saudi pavilion includes companies such as Tasnee, Advanced Petrochemicals, and NAPCO National.
