Director of Dubai Courts, Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, discussed with Director General of Dubai Digital Authority, Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, ways to enhance cooperation and develop technical solutions in the judicial field, within the framework of Dubai Courts’ vision to develop an integrated digital infrastructure that contributes to raising the quality of judicial services and achieving “leading courts that are distinguished globally.”
Al Suwaidi stressed that the meeting was an opportunity to exchange ideas and visions on the latest innovations in the judicial field, and on the importance of digital transformation in providing innovative solutions that contribute to the development of judicial work.
The meeting discussed advanced technological solutions that would support judicial work by simplifying procedures and accelerating litigation processes, which would contribute to reducing the burden on the parties involved and save a great deal of time and effort.
He pointed out the importance of enhancing digital integration between various government sectors to ensure the smooth flow of operations and achieve sustainability in providing judicial services, stressing the importance of adopting technical solutions that will positively reflect on the accuracy of judicial decisions, and providing a flexible work environment that enables judges and work teams to keep pace with global developments in legal technologies, and provides easier access to judicial services, which improves the experience of reviewers, and ensures the provision of high-quality services.
The meeting was attended from Dubai Courts by Judge Omar Miran, Head of the Technical Office at the Court of Cassation, Mohammed Al Obaidli, Executive Director of the Litigation Management Sector, and Abdulaziz Al Hammadi, Director of Information Technology. From Dubai Digital Authority, the meeting was attended by Younis Al Nasser, CEO of the Dubai Data and Statistics Corporation, Matar Al Humairi, CEO of the Dubai Digital Government Establishment, Dr. Moza Suwaidan, Executive Director of the Digital Applications and Platforms Sector, and Hind Al Nuaimi, Director of the Digital Applications Department.
