Dubai Digital obtains a certificate “The Best Work Environment”

Dubai Digital announced that it has again obtained a certificate of “the best work environment”, which is granted by the international organization “Great Place to Work”, according to accurate international standards that measure the level of the quality of the work environment, and the extent of employees’ satisfaction with the culture of the institution and the driving method in it.

“Empowerment is the essence of our institutional culture, so we seek to provide an environment in which every employee feels responsible for causing a positive impact on a work environment based on interaction and communication, which enhances the spirit of one team that makes us all celebrate successes together, and unite to face challenges and overcome them together,” said Tariq Al -Janahi, Executive Director of the Institutional Empowerment Sector and the Shepherd of the Council of Happiness in Dubai Digital, said.

He added: «We are here a diverse national team in its roles, but it works with integration and harmony for one goal, which is to support the strategic directions of Dubai, and implement the visions of our wise leadership. In (Dubai Digital), the employee is an essential part of a system that directly contributes to achieving the aspirations of the city and members of society, which gives him a deep feeling of pride and belonging.

For her part, the director of the Marketing and Communication Department, Chairman of the Council of Happiness in Dubai Digital, Shaima Al -Zarouni said: “Dubai Digital obtaining this international accreditation for the second year in a row, the positive culture that the authority’s work team has carefully built, which is based on empowerment, trust, integration and one team spirit.”

She added: “What distinguishes our work environment is not only adhering to international standards, but more importantly, there is a deep -rooted institutional culture that makes everyone in the team feel its importance in its position, and is responsible for achieving Dubai’s digital vision.”
