Dubai hosts the second round of the UAE Skydiving Championship

Today, Saturday, the second round of the Emirates International Skydiving Championship begins at Skydive Dubai in the area, and the competitions will continue for two days.

The first stage of the tournament was held in Kalym on Yas Island in the capital, Abu Dhabi. It achieved and witnessed a technical and organizational success, which was praised by the delegations and players of the participating countries.

The Tenaya team topped the penultimate day’s competitions of the Abu Dhabi round, the indoor group formation for free jumping consisting of 16 jumpers, with 93 points, followed in second place by the Nomads team with 72 points, and the Half Van team came in third place with 57 points, followed in fourth place by the Ossian team. The UAE International Skydiving Championship was launched on January 20, with the participation of more than 200 elite international athletes who competed in indoor skydiving competitions, which included the indoor freediving team formation consisting of 16 jumpers, and the indoor freediving team formation – the double event, in addition to To the indoor freediving team formation consisting of 8 jumpers.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Emirates Air Sports Federation, Mohammed Yousef Abdul Rahman, praised the ideal organization of the Abu Dhabi tour, praising the organizational efforts provided by the CLYMB administration that were at the level of aspirations.
