The Dubai Land Department, in cooperation with the ThinkProbe Institute, celebrated the graduation of a new batch of national real estate brokers, within the Dubai Real Estate Broker Program, during a ceremony held in Abu Dhabi. These brokers represent an essential pillar for enhancing the competitiveness of the real estate market and consolidating its position as a vital sector that supports the growth of the national economy.
This achievement comes in line with the directives of the wise leadership, and based on a vision based on integration and partnership between the public and private sectors, aiming to empower citizens, enhance their competitiveness, and consolidate the sustainability of excellence in the real estate market, which is one of the most important pillars of the national economy.
During the ceremony, about 500 members were honored who completed the training program organized by the ThinkProbe Institute, which aims to develop their skills and qualify them to lead the real estate market effectively and efficiently, which reflects the role of the program in enabling them to enter this vital sector with confidence and advanced skills.
The ceremony also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the Dubai Land Department, represented by the Acting Executive Director of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency in the Department, Mohammed Al-Badwawi, and the Acting Executive Director of the ThinkProbe Institute, Jassim Al Hosani.
This memorandum reflects the importance of the Dubai Real Estate Broker Program, and its pivotal role in qualifying and empowering Emirati citizens, and enhancing their effective presence in the real estate market.
The memorandum aims to consolidate the extended bilateral partnership between the department and the “ThinkProp” Institute, affiliated with the Advanced Real Estate Services Company, which was an ally in the first phase of the Dubai Real Estate Broker Program, and thanks to its great interest in the program and its ambitious goals, the institute has now become an academic sponsor of the program, with a focus on Developing national competencies through specialized training programs. The memorandum also contributes to enhancing cooperation and joint projects between the two sides, which supports the sustainability of excellence in the real estate sector.
Mohammed Al-Badwawi said: “Based on the directives of the wise leadership, today we celebrate the graduation of a new batch of real estate brokers, in a step that enhances the competitiveness of the real estate market and consolidates its position as a vital sector that supports the growth of the national economy. This graduation comes as a result of the effective cooperation between the Dubai Land Department and the ThinkProbe Institute, where more than 500 members were trained to be part of an advanced real estate system that contributes to achieving the qualitative transformation that we aspire to.”
For his part, the Executive Director of the Strategic Real Estate Planning Sector, Dr. Adeeb Al-Afifi, stressed that the success of real estate development in the UAE is based on coordination and effective communication between the concerned parties to enhance integration and achieve national goals, explaining that the current real estate indicators reflect clear growth and remarkable prosperity, which highlights the existence of opportunities It contributes significantly to supporting the development of the sector.
