The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, in cooperation with the General Department of Training at the Dubai Police General Command, organized an introductory workshop on the “Housing the Future” initiative in partnership with the Emirates Islamic Bank, as part of the establishment’s commitment to promoting social sustainability and raising community awareness about housing services. The initiative comes as a new step aimed at achieving family stability and encouraging community members to properly manage money and smoothly secure housing, in a way that supports Dubai’s vision of making its citizens happy and enhancing the quality of life. Representatives of both sides exchanged shields between the parties and discussed other ways of future cooperation in various fields.
Dhalal Khalifa Al Falasi, Assistant Executive Director of the Institutional Support Sector at the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, explained that this initiative translates the principle of shared social responsibility, as the Establishment seeks, in partnership with government and educational agencies, to provide the necessary awareness about available housing services, and to emphasize the importance of family stability as a priority. For the community.
He expressed his appreciation for the support of Emirates Islamic Bank as a major partner in this initiative, noting that this cooperation reflects the banking sector’s keenness to support community efforts for housing in Dubai, and enhances the opportunities for achieving common goals in promoting sustainability and inclusiveness.
The launched initiative aims to organize a series of workshops to raise community awareness about housing services, as the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment recently organized the first awareness workshop at the Dubai Police headquarters. The initiative’s activities included awareness workshops focused on five basic axes, including: housing services, financial services, the construction phase (before, during, and after), and the organization’s current and future projects. It also included an interactive session for questions and incentive prizes for attendees.
