The value of sales reached AED 1.87 billion, resulting from 703 transactions, the highest of which was in the Dubai Hills area, with a value of AED 151 million through 8 transactions, followed by Business Bay, second with approximately AED 106 million achieved through 30 transactions, followed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, third with AED 92 million resulting from 35 transactions.
Mortgages amounted to AED 665 million through 423 procedures, with Dubai Studio City coming first with a value of AED 125 million through one procedure, followed by Jumeirah Village Circle with AED 58 million.
Donations reached 167 million dirhams through 12 transactions.
