Dubai real estate sales exceed 1.73 billion dirhams


Yesterday, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded more than 2.12 billion dirhams, at the end of transactions on the third day of this week, which included sales worth 1.73 billion dirhams, after implementing 600 transactions.

The value of daily mortgages amounted to 302.34 million dirhams through 123 procedures, while the value of donations amounted to about 92.73 million dirhams through 29 procedures.

Monitoring conducted by Emirates Today, based on data from the Dubai Land Department, showed that the highest areas in terms of real estate sales yesterday was the “Budra” area, which recorded sales worth 155.35 million dirhams, resulting from the implementation of 11 deals, followed by the “Dubai” area. The South”, which recorded sales worth 145.82 million dirhams, resulting from the implementation of 68 deals, then the “Business Bay” region, which achieved sales of approximately 89.93 million dirhams resulted from the implementation of 31 transactions.

Thus, the real estate sector in Dubai continues to record remarkable numbers in terms of real estate transactions and sales, amid the increasing demand for various types of residential and commercial properties, which confirms the continued growth of the emirate of Dubai’s attractiveness as a global investment destination.
